This page has been compiled to help you update your Dial Up connection with the current Internet Dial Up number to maintain a high quality of service and reliability.

If you are using Micromat Internet or Onthe UK Net as your service provider you should use one of the following numbers for you Dial Up connection.

The current Dial Up numbers are:

micromat.net:

0845 604 0723
0845 112 1025 
0845 112 1275

onthe.uk.net:

From outside the UK please use:

1. Click on 'Start' / 'Settings' then 'Control Panel'.
2. Double click on the 'Internet Options' icon.
3. Click on the 'Connections' tab , highlight your Internet Dial Up connection and click on the 'Settings' button then click 'Properties'.
4. Replace the telephone number with the new Internet access number.
5. Keep clicking 'OK' until you return to the 'Control Panel'.

1. Click on the Apple menu and choose 'Control Panels' then 'Remote Access'.
2. On the menu bar click 'File' then 'Configurations'.
3. Choose your Internet Dial Up connection and click the 'Make Active' button.
4. Enter the new Internet access number and close the connection.
5. Click 'Save'. The new number will be saved for the next time you connect to the Internet.
