If you are having a real problem in getting connected to our service then please call our help desk on 08450 948 943 during normal office hours, that's between 9:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. (and maybe a little later) and we will do all we can to get you out of trouble as fast as possible. Please make sure you have checked all the sensible things before you call. Ensure that the modem is connected to both the PC and the phone line and that it's switched on. Check that you've paid the phone company and that you do actually have an Internet account with us. Make sure that you have the correct user name and password Please check that your system is calling the right number, click here for the available dialup numbers Try calling the number on a normal voice phone and try to remember what you hear. If the problem is at our end we'll try to fix it right away, if it's at your end then please be patient and we'll do our best to guide you through your screens to help you fix it. |
